I would like to be a catalyst and a significant contributor to my company’s success, while continuing to develop my professional skills in Human Resource through continued education. I intend to further develop my Negotiation and Conflict Management skills by taking advance courses in international negotiation.

I work best in a professional environment with peers equally passionate about their professional ethics as they are to customer excellence. I also thrive in an environment with leadership that provides mentorship and allows me to continue to grow professionally.

Those I have worked with would describe me as a passionate leader with a broad spectrum of knowledge who thrives on challenges which offers me an opportunity to learn and grow. They would say that I am a detail orientated hard worker, who work well with complex tasks. They would also say that I work well with a team and enjoy sharing my knowledge, expertise and mentoring those around me.

Why did you choose this career? (01/31/2009)

I chose to accept my current position because I wanted to give back to our soldiers. They sacrifice so much for our nation, I felt obligated to honor their service with my professional abilities and experience.
